We aren't out of the woods yet, but I am feeling better than I did friday..
Okay no dice. At this point i have tried everything humanly possible from my end that i can think of. It would be helpful if YouTube IT department could check the log to give me more details.. simply failed upload doesn't tell me anything..

Yes and same result. its a server processing problem. the video uploads completely, it only goes into fail mode once on the server after it starts to process.
