So I’m bout to walk us thru the critical thought. 1. Immune responses don’t just disappear on a specific day. 2. IF there is a time when immunity wanes for there to be a concern, don’t worry the FDA will let y’all know.

3. It never dawned on you that is takes massive amounts of work to assess all these samples? The immunoassay teams literally don’t get a break. So yes, you will be updated in real time. And, in real time we are 6 months into massive analyses WITH NO INKLING OF CONCERN.

How do you know with less than a year of data on vax peeps?

Know what? It's a fact that the papers don't show it ONLY lasts 6 months.

A theme I’ve noticed with all this is people making a weird leap from reports of “we don’t yet know with certainty if the vaccine does X [prevents infection, lasts beyond a certain amount of time, etc]” to “THE VACCINE DOES NOT DO X.”

On the "Next Pandemic" episode of
@LastWeekTonight, one of the interviews they used was a doctor saying science and English are not the same, as in doctors/researchers don't speak in absolute terms even if there's a high certainty of something, which causes a communication gap. - Show replies

Dr. Corbett my sister had Covid in November, got an antibody test recently with help from doc and just got results indicating high level of antibodies. I’m just curious is there a study you can point me to re reinfection in those with antibodies vs vaccine?

https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(21)00675-9/fulltext … So, health care workers who had Covid were about 83% less likely to be subsequently infected later. That's around the protection of a single vaccine dose.
