      audio technica mics are pretty solid (AT2020 or AT2035)

      i started with a yeti but i wouldn't recommend it tbh, it is a bit bulky and it quit working for me.

          Another vote against yeti, had one for a bit never really liked it. Picked up a 2035 and a scarlett solo for about $200 package deal.
