Sun: "China has made it clear that they are willing to make concessions and import more. On market access, maybe they are willing to deal with 40% of the issue now, 40% negotiated [out], 20% not subject to negotiations." @Stimson_EAsia

Hank Levine of @ASG on surveys of US companies in China: "In the most recent USCBC surveys, the number one problems cited are costs" and finds "ordinary business challenge" to be a critical operational consideration

Levine: "For China, the best way to reassure the US business community is to reassure the reform and opening up. But in this [U.S.] administration, the business community does not have the same influence as it has in previous administrations"
