    Just a friendly reminder that the Tories pushed through fracking in the UK, when burning all the fossils fuels we already have would take us over the internationally agreed 2 degrees of warming.

    V true. Low interest rate fuelled demand heating up the market is the issue.

    "The housing crisis is simply a supply-side issue. Housing would be affordable if only we built more of it." Yeah no, financialised bubble economies don't work that way. Struggling to see population growth on the below? It's hiding just below growth in housing stock.
