    Today I was interviewed live on This Morning, prime time national TV. I was the "pro" camp in a debate about working from home. I said to myself I didn't want to be combative or defensive but considered, calm and passionate. Bloody delivered didn't I.

    👏Confidence is NOT a personality trait.👏 It's a *feeling*. A feeling we all have access to. A feeling that's already within YOU. Confidence is accessing that feeling in a range of situations. We all have it. You're already confident. It's not a fixed trait in some people.

    Today I did some face to face training. I was nervous, it's been a long time. I got up at 6am to make sure I was 100% prepared. At the end the client said it was the best training he had ever done in years of working at big corperates. Then I came home and had a glass of wine. 🥲
