UPDATE: This guy I filmed Thursday being arrested at 109&CPW soon after 8pm was taken to jail but was let go later that night.

However, he was doing his job and as @NYCMayor said later on Thursday "Food delivery is essential work and is EXEMPTED from the curfew."
While he was let go later, it doesn't change the fact that the police stopped him and took him in. He was the only Black person in the van that took the people from that spot, 109W, to the precinct.
Oh and also, while loosing his freedom for the evening in questionable circumstances, he did get his bike back!
