All our estimates are based on actual genomic data reported. Sometimes samples are small, unrepresentative etc. We did what we could in 2016.
Countries differ in what counts as 'white'. It even differs by region in countries. In southern Brazil, white is on average ~90% European, but in northeast, white is closer to 60% European genomic ancestry. You could see how trying to estimate genomic admixture is difficult.
