I don't know these particular figures, but the Danish police have reported very elevated rates for some of the groups in response to parliamentary questioning. Specifically, the penal code violation rate for Somalians was about 900% of the Danish. http://emilkirkegaard.dk/da/?p=3301

All Nordic countries have this kind of data but not necessarily publicly available. Sweden even refuses to sell it. Norway and Finland will probably sell it to you

Yeah, I know that Sweden has very extensive statistics about lots of things, but control access to it tightly. I didn't know about Denmark though. Good to know about Norway and Finland.

I've been dealing with similar issues, except there is no question of selling anything, with incarceration data in France.
