I'm saying that past a pretty low level, educational spending, the way we spend it, has little effect. Which is what the Coleman report said, long ago: spending differences accounted for 4% of the variance.
Of course, there was no genetic control, so even these 4% are suspect.

Its not how much money the school has its how much the parents and community has. But this data to be meaningful needs to be adjusted for price level by state.

That doesn't have much to do with it. Rates of divorce have skyrocketed since 1960, while test scores have not changed much.
