If one makes a bunch of really unlikely and false assumptions, one can derive the conclusion that race gaps are not likely to reflect genetics. His argument seemingly also proves that humans did not evolve higher intelligence since chimp divergence etc. known to be false.

On the bright side, his argument is consistent with creationnists' claim that mutations can only deteriorate the genome (thus explain why Adam and Eve had centuries worth of lifespan while modern human barely live a century).

I think I took it from Kent Hovind. And he a was pretty central figure of creationism back then.
