Yes, PubPeer, but it's for single papers at a time, whereas we would want to connect all the issues with a particular person. Perhaps one can find a way to integrate PubPeer with a QRP watch wiki.

Does PubPeer cover social sciences? Should material go there and the wiki becomes a "directory"?
