It's interesting how national IQs tracks skin tone, a proxy for sun exposure so strongly, stronger than any other climatic variable. What's the theory?

He publishes like 5 papers every year saying the same thing. It's clearly wrong, but it's fairly PC, so it flies in mainstream journals. :p
