I meant the correlation effect size, not existence of validity -- already know that. I'm interested in prediction, so I want to know the correlation we can predict out of sample.
So basically you’re looking for some sort of meta-analytic effect as to the predictve significance of the polygenic score?
Not meta-analytic. Just a regular out of sample validation.
There’s some other similar work out there on common polygenic overlap in ASD/SSD...could bootstrap or Monte Carlo for rough estimate that will likely be close I’d imagine
