Interesting. Do you think the variability in the last column is just random or evidence of genuine differences between occupations? Maybe people can afford to discriminate when hiring managers, but in technical roles you really need the best people possible.
It's tempting to try interpreting these, but much of these differences will just be sampling error. I wouldn't hazard any explanations before calculating the precision of the estimates.
