Interesting. Gut reaction is to say positive - IAT is measuring *something*, and the most plausible thing is that it picking up on associations that have some actual (statistical) validity. But then again, if the IAT reaction is some generalized emotional response, maybe neutral.

I'd bet slight positive too. Fast reaction differences sounds like over-learned associations to me, which should reflect strong beliefs about groups, which we can hope reflects reality.
