I note that this R code is quite old, so it probably doesn't work out of the box because it relies on my personal R package which has changed substantially over time. Should use source version control, but too much work with current options (e.g. pacrat)...

You can use the data in any way you like (CC license). I don't really need credit except for variables I made (e.g. S factor).
