Where is human capital/intelligence moving away from? Maybe massive brain drain caused dysgenics is masking some environmental gains in these countries? If so, would actually increase the heritability of between population differences over time. https://medium.com/@jsmp/which-countries-have-the-largest-brain-drain-effect-70137a2d5fe3 …pic.twitter.com/P6d6Rnq3xP

Weird how few people are taking this issue at all seriously. It dwarfs any kind of imaginable natural disaster.

Because you already know why. It conflicts with the left wing policy of pro immigration, because the only solution to this is restrict immigration from these countries.

Lefties could always say: "We should hunt around in those places for the lowest kind of dysfunctional misfits, and import them." That would go with the grain.

Scarcely-perceptible extrapolation from their present ideas, isn't it?

... If you're going to have a lottery, you might as well take the next step and centrifuge deliberately for dregs.

You'd at least help counter the ubiquitous anecdotes of those talented 10th'ers that all our brights internalize as representative. (In reality closer to 1/1,000).

This graph could be titled " smart people from poor counties emigrate congruent to distance from USA"

Not at all. Many of these Carib countries are fairly close to USA.

This is terrible. But then smart people don't want to live in shithole countries.
