If I had to write a rebuttal post counter-review every time someone publishes a bad review on the topic, I would have little time left to do actual research.
It's a pretty terrible review of the evidence, but that's not very surprising if you Google the author and see his history. It's a typical case of social justice researcher with no relevant research on the topic writing review papers.
