Not a fair comparison because USA is a wealth outlier, but not an outlier in S factor. You should compare S factor scores, but somewhat difficult due to lack of common scale.

I have always emphasized this and the unnecessity of selecting based on country of origin when one has testable individual skill. But anything related to race and IQ must be vehemently denied. Sad!
