yeah I was reading through an animal breeding textbook recently and they have a great explanation of broad-sense vs narrow-sense heritability. At least for me, seeing a lot of pop genetics through lense of applied animal breeding-->makes more sense

Most pop genetics consists of retracing random movements of random groups in history. Interesting, but not very important.
