Tfw you reject a candidate with a PhD and two MSc in maths and stats for a data science role
We give people extended job related tests. Education not a very good proxy for having the relevant data science skills.

So do we. Interestingly, we have a high rejection rate for people with *mscs in data science* and relatively low for astrophysics and physics
