Raising IQ != raising intelligence. If I take the same test over and over, my IQ goes up, but my intelligence stays the same. If I give testees half the answers, their IQs go up, but they didn't get smarter. Actually, I looked into the experimental lead -> lower intelligence evidence in animals. It is surprisingly weak. Makes you wonder if this is another finding that ain't true...
