IVF treatment costs maybe $15k in the US. It's a bit more than the cost of a year of primary or secondary schooling per student, less than the cost of a year of tertiary schooling. W/ smarter kids education could be sped up, too. We know we can increase IQ at least by several SDs
IVF costs are artificially high, methinks. Price can drop at least an order of magnitude from econ. of scale, and of course the tech gets cheaper and better too.
