Has anyone seen an FOI on @TeachFirst budget recently ?If getting £ for research, that needs to be reviewed if they engage in science denial

Jamie- it's not "science denial". We object to Toby saying schools can make very little difference given that's our purpose.

Toby isn't expressing an opinion here - he is summarising the data driven scientific consensus. It's both debate&science denial to take down

Of course he's expressing an opinion. He says we don't know how to raise cognitive ability. That is just not true.

The 10% figure is a mainstream finding & worth debating.Don't listen to me - listen to @StuartJRitchie or @rjhaier or @KathrynAsbury1etc !

"We don't know how to raise cognitive ability" is not mainstream.

Definitely mainstream. No one knows how to raise intelligence in a robust fashion. Most optimistic & still legit researcher is @JProtzko.
