I do not agree. 1) People's beliefs, on which they base discrimination, are not always correct (stereotypes). 2) Causes problems/segregation

Stereotypes are generally accurate and people generally follow them rationally (Bayes theorem). I don't see segregation as a problem.

Apartheid was much more than merely segregation. I was referring to racial segregation in where people live etc.

I don't mean due to eg: economic. I mean literal discrimination for where people live, based on their race. As in "no blacks allowed" etc

I don't favor those policies. I favor letting people live where they want which naturally results in (imperfect) racial segregation.
