      I do not agree. 1) People's beliefs, on which they base discrimination, are not always correct (stereotypes). 2) Causes problems/segregation

      Stereotypes are generally accurate and people generally follow them rationally (Bayes theorem). I don't see segregation as a problem.

      Sure, but it is usually necessary to make decisions based on limited info (e.g. dating), in which case rational to use group mean/mode.
