Many journals remove names, but generally, publishing is dominated by low # of persons, and it is easy to guess who the author is.

I don't know in your field, but in mine, it's so small (and subfields even smaller) that it's kind of easy to know who the author is.

I think generally easy to know who author and reviewers are based on comments. Cannot remove this source of bias (without AI!).
