Publishing their addresses and phone numbers might be doxxing, but once they attend a public rally, their presence wasn't ever non-public.

In theory, yes, but in practice normally attending a public rally is generally private. In near future, automatic facial recognition will

be used on public images from rallies, automatically identifying them across all social media based on their unique face. Privacy lost.

I'm not sure whether this loss will have net positive or negative effect, but it is inevitable. Large databases will be built.

Facial recognition is there, but big public databases and (paid/free) services are not here yet (afaik).

I don't follow this, but I'd be surprised if no-one in government is using passport and drivers license photos and IDs, plus mugshots, etc.
