Some people just answer questions at random, at least sometimes, so we should never expect 100% even if 100% knows.

Minor error. The scoring like this is not good, and it's possible (but unlikely) that a proper analysis would find D's score to be higher.

This is because your analysis is a crude count, and one must look at the item properties to score persons, and then aggregate to groups.

Yes. It's mixing up the Ozon layer (holes in it due to CFC etc.) and Greenhouse problems. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ozone_depletion …
