@KirkegaardEmil you have a function to (easily) do factor analysis with multiple methods (e.g., spearman, pearson, etc), right?
I had one, but decided it was more transparent to just call simple functions on the data before. e.g. df_rank().

Spearman's deals with outliers, but causes data loss. Try a winsorising approach to keep data interval scale, but reduce outliers.
