Selection against rare probabilistic binary traits is akin to selecting against recessive diseases in Mendelian framework. Very slow. @gwern

A good first choice candidate is selecting for BOTH fertility and the other traits, which can stop dysgenics from continuing, maybe.

I.e. need to change population freqs so that fertility polygenic is positively associated with desirable traits. Automatic eugenics.
