Rushton's prediction is only for DZ because MZs are not due to multi-ovulation but post-fertilization egg split.

You can identify twins from birth dates. 0.5 IBD + same birth date = DZ, 1 IDB + same birth date = MZ. @gwern

They didn't sample families, but presumably they contain some by accident unless they specified excluded them.

Note that screening before genotyping is not possible for adoptees (likely), so there may be some of these as well.
