      Why using CA2? IIRC, it's not sex adjusted. Gap seems to be about 1.5 d for full range here. @RCAFDM @pnin1957

      Good choice. I'd also convert g scores to IQ scale (100; 15) & multiply ancestry by 100 for better interpretability.

      Tricky to convert to IQ because the sample is selected. The g scores are calculated for entire sample so sd=1 is not 15 IQ @pnin1957 @RCAFDM

          in other samples because these are usually based on Whites only. Can't easily do that here due to restriction of range. @pnin1957 @RCAFDM

          I also used the Hispanic sample with 2-ancestry model to derive genotypic mean CA. Results are congruent with African Amr @pnin1957 @RCAFDM

          The SD of 15 in the Wechsler & other tests is the total population SD. White SD is smaller. Just convert g*15+100.

          If your sample's range restricted, your IQ points don't match population IQ points, but I'd say it's clearer anyway.
