So situation actually improved in many ways, fear of crime & victimization down - but very serious problem in disadvantaged neighborhoods.
Did someone calculate what the crime rate would have been without non-Swedes? That's the key question IMO. @ManneGerell

No, but reported crime has fallen more in malmo than in rest of Sweden.
