To be sure, I will try to get a real doctorate. Denmark does not call PHDs for 'doktor'. Title is reserved 4 physicians

and people with a doctorate degree. A special degree only awarded by publication + difficult public defense.

No. PHD is a researcher education. The doctorate is a achievement degree. The latter is harder to get but it is open to
