this one found effect even after controlling from G+E familial risk factors http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11825135
This was a mixed twin study, so G was only somewhat controlled. But still best study so far and consistent with causal effect

if you want to upset people compare the magnitude of the effect with something else, I don't know

Effect sizes in metaanalysis were small; upsetting to many people already. Just wondering if we can establish causality.
