I think measurement error will be a bigger limit than whether one has 20 million or 200 million genomes.

For finding causal variants? Perhaps. Hard to say. Maybe simulate some GWAS data and see? May take a long time to run!

Just a matter of sampling error vs corrected, see GCTAs. eg 20m IQ datapoints with r=.5 worse than 1m with r=.9.
