If one can show that SIRE is a decent proxy for admixture, then one could get SIRE and socio. data for the department-level too.

Besides US, fine grained ethnicity data seems really hard to come by, unfortunately. And probably for PC reasons :(

We already have fairly good data for Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Mexico, but Argentina is difficult. Odd.
