E.g. I found http://www.degruyter.com/view/j/opli but only f2p in first 2 issues, and is controlled by a legacy publisher.
Is there any proper #openscience journal for quant. #linguistics? Must be free to publish and not controlled by legacy publishers.

I didn't say quick review necessarily, just no arbitrary lumping of publication dates. :) But TACL seems okay as well.
