Sure, I'm for limiting speech in some cases, but not for this kind of thing. (Libel law I think is too broad too.)

Some of Twitter stuff seems rather odious & beyond the Pale: kids driven to suicide. Shld be workable compromise.

I recommend using the built in muting and blocking features. No need for law involvement.
