What is currently the best introductory book to differential psychology (not just IQ stuff) and behavioral genetics as a whole?

@_Dan_Irons Pinker's book is political (in the sense that it covers a lot of political topics). I wanted a pure science book. -
@_Dan_Irons reason Why cover policy implications if one has no political power & it is likely to scare readers away from the actual science?
