@RCAFDM No prevention but data isn't collected. Remember DK was until recently very homogeneous. US has long history of multi-racial society

@RCAFDM They aren't getting data from scientists. They are pulling it from the CPR-register i.e. official stats agency that has no race data -

@RCAFDM What they really wanted to control for anyway was just skin brightness. Don't need race for that.
