@gwern OR is wrong for major dep. Look %'s: 14.8 vs. 15.4. Higher rate in controls. -
@gwern Well, OR takes gender into account. %'s do not. But sure, there may or may not be effects too small to see here. -

@gwern Or just one sample that is consistently worse off. May be just a sociological confound due to differential exposure. -
