A good criterion for evaluation: Any book that does not remind you about Clinton's cabinet propaganda about "Up to 500,000 Kosovar Albanians are missing and feared dead" is a lying propaganda itself. Reality: less than 10,000 dead on *both* sides after multi-years civil war.
