An example of evolution pushing a species to become less complex (However you want to interpret complex) are cavefish (They lack eyes) compared to similar non-cave species. What are other examples?

Cavefish have super-sensitive lateral lines, though. The loss of eyes seems to be a by-product of enhanced sensitivities elsewhere.
