To be a Trump supporting columnist, you pretty much have to have an inherent disrespect for facts. That usually doesn't go well with journalism ... maybe that's the explanation?
That kind of opinion is the problem. :) (Otherwise, show me a study of columnists that finds this strong correlation. Of course you can't because it is "just, like your opinion man".)

Only if you have given up on the idea that facts are objectively true or not. Journalism that presents objective untruths as facts has crossed the line into propaganda.
