Could be something to it though. Dubai is pretty safe , even though its full of Muslim immigrants. Maybe not all due to harsher punishment or lack of a welfare state. Lack of rage against infidels and infidel society could play a role too.

In my country the spend more on security in the expensive safe places. The places with low amount spent on security u don’t wanna see.

Well when the cultural difference is between civilized law-abiding mostly decent people and violent and dangerous primitive savages maybe they have a point as to why that would make people feel unsafe in their own Homeland and lead to increased spending on security
