(left) Life time net contribution over life. Non-western is the red curve, it's always negative, so the sum is _very_ negative. Non-western immigrants are about 67% of immigrants here. (right) Sums over life, light blue = age-adj. Bar 2 & 4 are 2nd gen. https://www.fm.dk/oekonomi-og-tal/oekonomisk-analyse/2019/indvandreres-nettobidrag-til-off-finanser-i-2016 …pic.twitter.com/SyhHhHK0Bd

Distributrions of net contributions limited to working ages. ~70% Danes are net benefit, but non-western 1st gen ~40%, and ~50% 2nd gen non-western. WORKING AGE PEOPLE (best case scenario).pic.twitter.com/JFklvKMOPD

By country of origin. These are not age-adjusted unfortunately, so they reflect current age distribution and distribution of 1/2 gens. Notice a pattern? Light blue = Western, dark blue = nonwestern. India, China, Ukraine are net positive, Bulgaria negative, but otherwise perfectpic.twitter.com/PCbOtVT0zq

Summary: - Most immigrants net negative - Most countries of origin net negative on average - Western 2nd gens are about net zero - Nonwestern 1st and later gen are net negative, both now in reality and in future (i.e. life time estiimates) - Immigration overall massive net loss

I agree that immigration is a positive economically but it creates political and social divisiveness and instability.
