Coop has a new paper out on the issues of using current polygenic scores for race diifference research. Pretty fail to begin it with the strawman attack of Lewontin though ("the master argument"). The straw man in this now-citeable blogpost is the choice of tea drinking as the trait. Totally arbitrary and therefore susceptible to these noisy effects. But the politically relevant traits it’s meant to defend have all of society optimizing and rewarding any excellence shown.

I think doing a gwas in a population with high allelic diversity but no population stratification and very similar environment can solve most of theses problems
